Display entity and classification counts with navigation links.
*Details*
- Shows total Entities count and Classifications count
- Clickable KPIs that navigate to search (all entities, all classifications)
- Uses metrics API (general.entityCount, general.tagCount)

- Links navigate to the correct search views
