Summary: Atlas React UI redirects to Home page during tag/term
assignment after Ranger policy change

* Login to Ranger UI
* Create a policy:
** Policy Name: {{Test_01}}
** User: {{user1}}
** Service: {{cm_atlas}}
* Save the policy
* Login to Atlas UI with {{user1}}
* Navigate to any entity
* Try assigning a *tag/term* to the entity
* After creating a Ranger policy ({{{}Test_01{}}}) for {{{}user1{}}}, an issue
is observed in Atlas React UI during tag/term assignment.
Instead of displaying an authorization error (as expected), the UI redirects
the user to the Home page, leading to poor user experience and unclear error
handling.
* Actual Result
UI redirects to Home page after attempting tag/term assignment
No clear error message shown to the user
Action fails silently from UI perspective
