* In Apache Atlas UI, under Administration > Type System, the Filters > Select
ServiceType dropdown is not consistently displaying all available service types.
* Initially, when the filter dropdown is opened, only atlas_core is
visible/available in the list. However, after interacting with the
dropdown/search area, additional service types such as azure and others appear.
* This behavior is inconsistent and may confuse users because the filter does
not show the complete list of service types on first open.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Log in to Apache Atlas UI.
2. Navigate to Administration.
3. Open the Type System tab.
4. Click the Filter icon.
5. Open the Select ServiceType dropdown.
6. Observe the available service type options.
7. Click inside the dropdown/search field or interact with the dropdown.
8. Observe that additional service types appear.
Expected Result
The Select ServiceType dropdown should display all available service types
consistently on first open, without requiring additional interaction.
