While editing an existing classification, the Classification Description field
is not getting prefilled with the existing saved value in the Edit
Classification form.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
# Create a classification with a description.
# Save the classification successfully.
# Open the same classification in Edit mode.
# Observe the Classification Description field.
*Actual Result:*
Classification Description field appears empty during edit.
*Expected Result:*
Classification Description field should display the existing saved description
value while editing the classification.
*Impact:*
Users are unable to view or modify the existing classification description
properly during edit operations.
