There is a UI issue in the *Audits* tab where the Filters dropdown/layout
breaks only when the audit table contains no records.
h3. Steps to Reproduce:
# Login to Apache Atlas.
# Navigate to the *Audits* tab.
# Ensure there are no audit records available.
# Click on the *Filters* dropdown/button.

Actual Result:
* Filters dropdown/layout appears broken or misaligned when the table is empty.
* UI spacing/alignment is inconsistent in no-data state.
h3. Expected Result:
* Filters dropdown and layout should render properly regardless of whether
audit records are available or not.
h3. Additional Notes:
* Issue is reproducible only when the audit table shows “No Records found!”
state.
