The build process is currently failing/affected because several files under
{{dist/n3}} are missing required license headers. Since these files are
packaged inside the WAR file, proper licensing must be included.
h3. Impact
* Disrupts the automated build pipeline.
* Risk of non-compliance for artifacts bundled in the WAR file.
h3. Expected Outcome
* Add the appropriate standard license headers to all affected files in
{{{}dist/n3{}}}.
* Ensure the build process passes without licensing checks failing.
