profile menu while creating Business Metadata leaves user stuck on the Create
form

{*}Steps to Reprod{*}:
# Click on the *Create* button in the top header and select {*}Business
Metadata{*}.
# The app successfully navigates to the "Create Business Metadata" form.
# Open the user profile dropdown (top right) and click on {*}Administration{*}.
*Expected Behavior:* The application should navigate to the main Administration
overview page (resetting any active form states).
*Actual Behavior:* The URL updates to
{{{}/#/administrator?tabActive=businessMetadata{}}}, but the UI remains stuck
on the "Create Business Metadata" form page. The Administration page does not
properly render or reset its state when navigated to from the creation form.
