In 0.5 release, submit API was in 'entity' path. As part of ATLAS-58, I moved
it to 'entities' path as submit is a batch API. I didn't know anyone who was
using 0.5, thought its better to fix it before anyone starts using atlas in
production. ATLAS-58 will be part of 0.6 release which is yet to be released.
Looks like some users are already using atlas in production, so I moved submit
API back to 'entity' path, and current trunk code is compatible with 0.5. Makes
sense?
