This patch upgrades the version of Jersey to the latest in 1.x line: 1.19.
Other changes are the same. All tests, including IT, are passing. I have also
installed the server and done basic testing with hive hook and browsing various
views and performing add / remove tag actions. Looks like this can be valid
move. Can you check if this is OK?
