More comments:
* In the documentation, we must ask users to copy the jars to
$STORM_HOME/extlib instead of extlib-daemon (because this is a client side
hook) - I can confirm that copying to extlib-daemon it is not working.
* We also need to add something to this effect:
In $STORM_HOME/conf/storm_env.ini, set an environment variable as follows:
<verbatim>
STORM_JAR_JVM_OPTS:"-Datlas.conf=$ATLAS_HOME/conf/"
</verbatim>
where ATLAS_HOME is pointing to where ATLAS is installed.
This is because without the same, the classpath that Storm is setting is not
picking the configuration from the conf directories first and this causes
issues with Atlas.
