I initially suspected ATLAS-585. I tried to quickly workaround it with a hack 
and see if it fixes stuff, but it didn't. As far as we know, nothing has 
changed in terms of configuration between the two runs except the Atlas bits 
(as in - config, environment etc - all are same). Of course, a lot of changes 
have happened in Atlas between the two versions. Still - there is clearly a 
regression here that we need to identify and fix.
