We have to address the issue you mentioned through ATLAS-876 I guess, but we 
will have to allow for updates since we are now storing normalized queries 
without literals, there could be a insert overwrite  or load table run multiple 
times with different string literals in the query and we will not be updating 
recentQueries in that use if we dont use update. Makes sense?
