Increase mvn heap size to 1536m for building Atlas

Hi all,

With ATLAS-912, you might need to have a higher Xmx value when building Atlas. 
Please set it to "-Xmx1536m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m” in case you get build 
failures when running mvn clean install.
