Vimal Sharma commented on ATLAS-1023:
-------------------------------------

[~ssainath] Renaming HBase tablename and restarting Atlas will reset all
previous data with Atlas. It's not a rename operation actually. When you change
atlas.graph.storage.hbase.table, a new table with new name is created in HBase.
So, previous data will not be there in the new table.

> Renaming of atlas.graph.storage.hbase.table and restarting Atlas , produce no
> result in both DSL and full text search.

>
> 1.Created a table table0 using hive hook . table0 showed up in Atlas
> 2.Renamed atlas.graph.storage.hbase.table and restarted Atlas.
> 3.Searched table0 in Atlas. Both DSL and full text didn't produce results.
