Summary: Entity V2 API does not have tests for LIST and SET
attributes

ATLAS-1311 added in integration tests of the the entity v2 API. The tests were
posts of the existing V1 tests.
This Jira is to add in tests around the new Entity V2 functionality.
I am particularly interested to see tests around LIST and SET attributes,
showing:
- creation of a list and set
- removal of and element from the list beginning , middle and end
- change of a position of a child in the list.
- deletion of a list and set attribute
- deletion of the foreign key child - presumably this errors.
