As of today, this is not possible with the thermos logger. However, I can think of a two of potential solutions:
* you start an additional (ephemeral) process together with you job that forwards the content of the stdout & stderr files to Kafka (https://github.com/apache/aurora/blob/17ade117b8171d4ef4be62fd4b617a024658551d/docs/reference/configuration.md#ephemeral) * you adjust the code you start on Aurora to automatically ship your logs to Kafka or any other log aggregator you want to use. This tends to have the advantage that you can do structured logging.
