Looks to be red due to the lack of ability to find a mesos egg. [~jfarrell] do
you know off-hand which distribution the Apache build slaves use? We solved
this issue in the vagrant image by [pulling down binary eggs from
Mesosphere|https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-aurora.git;a=blob;f=examples/vagrant/provision-dev-environment.sh;h=3e1bbbb39bc05619978ddb801cd3a7bfb51acc53;hb=HEAD#l16],
but they need to match the OS we're running on. Alternatively we could also
build mesos from source, but this takes a lot of time and wouldn't add any
value since we depend on a fixed version of mesos.
