The Apache Software Foundation has done an audit and found that a number of developers with commit access do not currently have a CLA on file--or the CLA on file is the older and no longer valid variation.
I sent out a form letter notifying all committers in Avalon who do not have the proper CLA on file. If you sent one in long ago, please do not dispair. All that is required is to send in a new one using the form at the link supplied in the email.
