Hi,

following on a similar patch for LogKitLoggerManager, I attach a patch to implement Disposable on SimpleLogKitManager and close all LogTargets.

Also, I noticed that it requires the "app.home" Context entry.
Any reason why this could not be make optional and default to a value
like File("./")?
