Hi all, I just committed some changes to the maven plugin plugin to properly download and install a plugin without deleting it before installing it!
I tested it and it seems to work, but if another eye wants to check, that would be great. You can just grab from the maven-plugins CVS repo the plugin directory and install just that, no need to grab all of maven.
