Does the use of a URN enable a scheme for encoding the artifact spec?
A url approach is interesting as its basically the defintion of the proptocal between the client and the repository.
E.g:
repository:aaa/bbb/xyz?version=1.1&type=block
Which would be translated by the URL implementation into:
[remote-host]/aaa/bbb/blocks/xyz-1.1.block
If no version is supplied the translation would be:
[remote-host]/aaa/bbb/blocks/xyz.block
