The header and menu are _too_ business, know what I mean? Beside that, its great.
I like the color scheme but I sorta agree with hammett. Perhaps all that would be needed would be to change that image to an Apache SVG feather.
I've been working on some ideas for a new site too. Looks like I need to speed things up! :)
