Unfortunately this mechanism was used to destroy the Maven wiki 3 times, since some script-based vandal "reverted" multiple old versions on each page and you had to have a really close look to see wich was really the "right" one to revert the vandal's task. :( See: http://wiki.codehaus.org/maven/FrontPage?action=info&history=1 Authentication now: http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=MAVEN-1237 But IMHO this is counter-productive for the wiki...
