RC5 is now available:

Updates include:
1. bundled framework 4.2.0 RC2
2. Cameron Fieber's latest patch to scripts
3. a new NSIS Windows Installer from Aaron
featuring the following cool stuff:
- merlin system install
- merlin NT service installation
- maven plugins installation
4. improvements to the scripts to remove duplicate
cli handler jar file (scripts now reference
%MERLIN_HOME%/system/merlin/jars/merlin-cli-XXX.jar)This looks like the last cut before a vote to release.
