Hello.
I've copied LSD's excalibur site update process for Avalon.
Currently, the site is checked out from SVN every 4 hours to:
http://www.apache.org/~farra/avalon/
A log can be seen at:
http://www.apache.org/~farra/avalon/svnuplog.txt
When we're ready to go live, I'll change it to upload to avalon.apache.org.
The shell script that runs the process is at:
/home/farra/avalon-site-up.sh
There are still a couple of outstanding JIRA issues that need resolved before we can go live. If anyone thinks of anything else that needs to happen, please add it to JIRA.
