Add check for existing name within DefaultModelRepository and in the case of a name
conflict when attempting to add a new model, a DuplicateNameException is now thrown.
DuplicateNameException added to the composition api and ModelRepository interface
updated to declare the throwing of DuplicateNameException.

Description:
Based on fulcrum tests a situation is possible where two containers with the same name
are added to a root container - resulting in non-assembly of one of these containers
and subsequent depoloyment failure.
