OK, I guess I didn't loop my test enough times. I think this deadlock is
different from the one reported originally, and I think it may have to do with
the other ChannelFuture.waitUninterruptibly() call in
NettyTransceiver.disconnect() when the channel is closed. I'll take another
look at it over the weekend.
