Yes, I agree that PR #307 supersedes PR #299 (mine) and PR #261 (Miljenko's).
I just closed PR #299 to reduce the confusion.

I am willing to act as the lead, or help with maintenance/management, of
the C# project. I've been making updates and releases of the C# part of the
project on my own fork, but would much prefer to have those improvements in
the main project for everyone to take advantage of.
