Please add support for ISO8601 string date type. It was already discussed in
AVRO-739 and saw some comments in favor of supporting such type. Perhaps as
suggested, support for the following logicalTypes would make sense:
* ISO8601-datetime-offset (i.e., "YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.xxxZ")
* ISO8601-date (i.e., "YYYY-MM-DD")
* ISO8601-datetime-timezone (i.e., "YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.xxx zzzzz/zzzzz")
