I propose that the MQTTInputDStream be extended to optionally allow setting the 
following mqtt options / parameters (like MqttStreamSource in BAHIR-51):
* username
* password
* clientId
* cleanSession
* QoS
* connectionTimeout
* keepAliveInterval
* mqttVersion
