Currently `StreamSchema.getFieldIndexes` has no support for instances of
_RowTypeInfo_. Since FLINK 1.5.0 introduced JsonSchema support for tables, it
can be an interesting improvement to allow the creation of siddhi streams with
_RowTypeInfo._
