The last release of the Flink Extensions project was in 2017
http://bahir.apache.org/downloads/flink/. Since then several new and useful
features have been added, like the ability to set TTL in the flink-redis
connector. I'm not sure what the process involves, but it would be great to
have a new official release so people don't have to build from source to get
these features.
