I notice that the Cron schedule for the Beam Jenkins jobs are not working as expected. For example, the job_Dependency_Check was triggered randomly and sent duplicate reports, and the job_PostRelease_NightlySnapshot also didn't follow its daily schedule, etc. Seems like something overrides the user defined schedule, and the tests also triggered when new commits checked in. I'll start investigating the root cause. Please let me know if you have any insights.
