FindBugs error is already fixed on master. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-6637
I was able to reproduce locally, so don't know, what's the issue on your side. Regarding report:; I do not think, analysis reports are part of the scan. But you should be able to find on Jenkins if you follow the links.
