I'm seeing the same thing as Thomas above: `./gradlew clean` fails on two
py3 setupVirtualEnv tasks,
:beam-sdks-python-test-suites-direct-py3:setupVirtualenv and
:beam-sdks-python-test-suites-dataflow-py3:setupVirtualenv. Here's full
