Hi all, Please join me and the rest of the Beam PMC in welcoming a new committer: Boyuan Zhang.
Boyuan has been contributing to Beam since early 2018. She has proposed 100+ pull requests across a wide range of topics: bug fixes, to integration tests, build improvements, metrics features, release automation. Two big picture things to highlight are building/releasing Beam Python wheels and managing the donation of the Beam Dataflow Java Worker, including help with I.P. clearance. In consideration of Boyuan's contributions, the Beam PMC trusts Boyuan with the responsibilities of a Beam committer [1]. Thank you, Boyuan, for your contributions.
