Hm, that is strange:

~/git/apache/beam$ git status

Already up to date.
~/git/apache/beam$ git tag | grep v2.19.0
v2.19.0
v2.19.0-RC1
~/git/apache/beam$ git tag | grep v2.20.0
~/git/apache/beam$

I'm obviously missing something.
