Tests failure on master branch

Hello,

I noticed there are some tests that are failing in master [1]
Portable_Python ("Run Portable_Python PreCommit”) 
Python_PVR_Flink ("Run Python_PVR_Flink PreCommit")

Are they known issues? If Yes, is there a ticket for them?
