Hello Apache Beam Team We did the upgrade of the cluster control plane for Metrics from 1.18.20-gke.901 to 1.19.16-gke.3600, there wasn't downtime during this process and we would like to perform some validation tests before moving forward, we noticed that Jenkins CI has availability issues [1] and it is returning a proxy error. We are going to wait until this server is back online to continue with the upgrade plan.
