Ran a Python 3.12 pipeline on Dataflow without issues, noted a suboptimal dependency resolution: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/31676, verified that this is not a regression in 2.57.0, will follow up separately.
https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/31513 has several failures, can you please take a look? if they are not deemed release-blocking let's add rationale why not, on the PR.
