Just an FYI: Due to the US long weekend, which is followed directly by Beam Summit, even if we had 2 additional binding votes, it feels unlikely that the release will complete before Monday September 9th. The votes would need to be prompt for me to have time to complete release procedures today.
The vote will remain open in the mean time. Should there be Release blockers, a new RC won't be built until the later of Monday September 9th, and the blockers resolved and cherry picked.
