+1 (non-binding) Tested Python QuickStart on Direct Runner and Dataflow Runner.
During testing, I noticed that wordcount can fail on the Direct Runner if `CLOUDSDK_CONTEXT_AWARE_USE_CLIENT_CERTIFICATE` is set to `true` in the local environment. This failure occurs on both 2.75.0rc1 and 2.74.0. I've opened an issue to track this (https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/39235), but I don't consider it a release blocker as well.
