Hi PPMC, As the Secretary has confirmed receipt of the SGA/CCLA, we are now ready to proceed with the repository transfer process.
Here is a brief overview of the steps involved: We will open a JIRA ticket[1] with the INFRA team, listing the repositories to be transferred. INFRA will designate a GitHub account to receive the repositories. We will need to grant this account admin access to each repository. Once access is confirmed, INFRA will carry out the transfer. Do any PPMC members currently have admin access to the original repositories and would be willing to assist with this task? I’m happy to provide support throughout the process. -------- The ASF has several functional teams such as Legal, Privacy, and Security, which we may gradually engage with as the project progresses.
