It might be better to categorize this under the brand section.
Typically, when things start getting out of control or require escalation
to the IPMC or the Board, it's more appropriate to track them there.

Things are currently moving along as expected, so let’s stay patient. :)
Given that the foundation spans multiple time zones and is made up almost
entirely of volunteers, a bit of extra patience is always helpful.

Quick side note: We could organize a formal kickoff to help everyone better
understand how the ASF works. Curious what the other mentors think.

Also, is there a public roadmap or early plan? It would help contributors
understand where the project is headed and how they can get involved :)
