Summary: Move the trunk forward now that 0.5.0 is released

* All pom's in bigtop trunk right now refer to 0.5.0-SNAPSHOT. This should now
be 0.6.0-SNAPSHOT
* bigtop.mk still refers to 0.5.0. This should be 0.6.0
* CHANGES.txt file still refers to 0.5.0 unreleased. That should be 0.6.0
(unreleased). This file also should be populated with changes that got included
in BIGTOP 0.5.0. I don't know the best way to automate it so I am open to
suggestions there.
