This seems to be doing the trick and guarantees that YARN layer doesn't try to
start before all HDFS preparations are complete.
In the interest of full disclosure, I have chosen to hint the user about
running the MR startup script instead of doing this automatically.
Apparently, this can be improved upon and made totally transparent, including
re-enabling auto-start of YARN daemons.
