Bruno, the script I have introduced initially in this ticket allows to run jobs 
as root. BIGTOP-547 is incomplete.

I don't see why you would include the whole bunch of the instructions from 
BIGTOP-547 - that is likely to make the startup of the VM painfully slow too - 
if the VM installs nothing but hadoop-conf-pseudo?
