[~scienty] Prakash, the current HA puppet code is very much dependent on the 
NFS filer. This mode of running HDFS HA is not recommended anymore and we 
should probably focus our energy on updating our puppet code to use QJM-based 
HA. 

Please let us know if you'd want to take a stab at it.
