Thanks for the input [~aprabhakar] - I agree with that idea. This JIRA will 
also need to pick up where BIGTOP-811 looks to be leaving off. Rather than 
statically looking inside /var/lib/bigtop for the classpath in 
catalina.properties, we should include the contents of BIGTOP_CLASSPATH after 
it is generated.
