It could be quite useful to have bigtop-utils java detection code discriminate
between major version of JDK so that an environment variable could help
prioritize between Java7 and Java6.
I propose we introduce BIGTOP_JAVA_MAJOR environment variable that could then
be set to either 7 or 6.
